“This major storm is going on inside my body. Well, now there's a storm going on worldwide for all of us that we're dealing with. And we're dealing with these things on a daily basis, which can be traumatizing. And it can be also motivational to take action in many ways.”
“When we lose when our body isn't working in the way that it used to work, when we were younger, there's a certain element of grief that comes into play-and it's worth recognizing that it's okay to grieve. It's actually okay to grieve, in order to heal and move beyond a certain amount of acceptance.”
