You may have heard the term Imposter Syndrome, but it might not mean what you think.  In this solo episode, Pamela Crane overviews what Imposter Syndrome is and whether or not it is the cause of your lack of confidence.

Pamela Crane, MS Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT, RYT 500, E-RYT, YACEP, is a certified yoga therapist who helps heart centered entrepreneurs who suffer from imposter syndrome.  She has presented stress management seminars at the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Department of Education, and the USPS headquarters; and has presented nationally and internationally at symposiums and conferences for yoga and integrative medicine. She has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Meniere’s Disease and manages her autoimmune disease with yoga, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.  She is the host of The Yoga Pro podcast where she interviews experts in the field of yoga and integrative health.
